Building For Malladi Chemicals

Having just completed their residence and its interiors, we were commissioned to design this building in 2003, but finally it never got beyond the initial sketch scheme. The project was to develop their property on the inner ring road as a commercial venture. Since Malladi Chemicals would not require all the floor space that could be built, the rest would be rented out since the clients wished to keep the building and not sell it. It was planned to house Malladi's offices on the top three floors and a small area on the ground floor for a reception space with their own lifts to the top floors.
